My Story
From Chaos to Clarity
I grew up constantly in motion with first skateboarding, then gymnastics, which taught me discipline and drive. School never resonated, but movement did. In college, I worked full-time while studying, chasing money and escaping into partying. What started as fun became addiction. I barely made it through school and entered the corporate world in Chicago, bringing my chaos with me. I looked successful on the outside but was spiraling internally until one day, a wake-up call pushed me to reevaluate everything.
Fitness and Stillness
Fitness became my anchor. After a friend convinced me to run my first race, I started chasing discomfort instead of escape. A solo trip to Japan sparked confidence. A silent meditation retreat showed me the truth about my addictions. I got certified as a fitness instructor, quit drinking, and threw myself into training and racing. Spartan races humbled me. Endurance taught me the difference between being fit and being healthy. I moved to Colorado, left behind who I used to be, and finally started living for my own values and not external validation.
Reinvention and Purpose
Years of racing, podiums, and brand deals followed until my body finally broke down. That forced rest helped me see the truth: I’d replaced one form of running from myself with another. But instead of falling back, I used the quiet to reflect. In 2025, I left my corporate job to serve others, wrote a business plan, and pitched a vision for something bigger than myself. Today, I’m building that vision merging fitness, wellness, and community into one mission-driven ecosystem. This isn’t just my story; it’s the reason I show up every day with purpose.
